Principles of Personal Data Processing

Consent to the provision of my personal data specified in the form and freely, voluntarily and solemnly given GRANTEX dotace s.r.o., Company ID No. 29147832, registered office at Tržiště 366/13, Prague 1 - Malá Strana, postcode: 118 00 (hereinafter “GRANTEX”), in accordance with the relevant provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter “GDPR”), my express consent to process my personal data, those being in particular my name, surname and contact details (telephone number and email).
I grant this consent a) for the purpose of the offer of trade and services by GRANTEX and/or partner companies from the GRANTEX ADVISORY GROUP and the sending of commercial messages regarding offered services and goods and sending of newsletters, and b) for the purpose of providing the personal data to companies in the GRANTEX ADVISORY GROUP, i.e. GRANTEX management s.r.o., GRANTEX invest s.r.o., GRANTEX accounting s.r.o., GRANTEX financial services s.r.o. and GRANTEX legal s.r.o., law firm.
I also agree that GRANTEX may use by provided e-mail address in order to distribute commercial messages via electronic equipment.
I grant this consent for a period of 10 years and acknowledge that I may withdraw it at any time in writing. The personal data will be stored for the period of time for which this consent is granted, unless it is withdrawn before the passing of this period. I also declare that the provided personal data are accurate and true.
Information about rights:
I acknowledge that I have the right pursuant to Art. 15, GDPR, to obtain confirmation as to whether and which personal data are processed by GRANTEX and to gain access to these personal data, including information about the purpose of processing, category of affected personal data, the recipients, planned period of storing personal data, existence of the right to request the erasure or rectification of personal data, right to file an complaint to the supervisory authority, about the source of personal data it they were not obtained from the data subject, and the fact that automated decision-making including profiling is conducted.
I also have the right to rectification of the personal data, if it comes to light that the personal data are inaccurate. If the processed personal data are found to be incomplete, I have the right to their supplementation.
I acknowledge that I have the right to withdraw the granted consent at any time vie e-mail sent to the address info@grantex.cz or notice sent to the registered office address of GRANTEX.
As a data subject, I also have the right to erasure of my personal data (“right to be forgotten”). GRANTEX is obliged to erase my personal data without undue delay, in the event that:
- the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were processed,
- the data subject withdrew their consent to personal data processing, based on which the data were processed, and there are no further legal grounds for their processing,
- the personal data were processed unlawfully,
- the personal data must be erased in order to fulfil legal obligations stipulated by the laws of the European Union or Czech Republic,
- the personal data pertains to a child less than 15 years of age collected in connection to the offer of information society services, and consent to their processing was not granted or approved by the person with parental responsibility towards the child.
I acknowledge that I have the right to restrict the processing of my personal data by the controller if a) I deny the portability of personal data (for the period of verifying their accuracy), b) processing is unlawful and I as the data subject request the restriction of use of personal data, instead of their erasure, or c) the I need the aforementioned personal data to determine, exercise or defend legal claims, even if GRANTEX no longer needs them for processing purposes.
Furthermore, I acknowledge that I have the right to personal data portability. If I ask GRANTEX to do so, GRANTEX will provide my personal data directly to another controller or I have the right to obtain them in structured, commonly used and machine-legible format.
Finally, if I believe that the processing of my personal data breaches the GDPR, I as the data subject have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e. the Office for Personal Data Protection, or the supervisory authority of another country.
